I loved Fiesta Americana! Variety of different kinds of food, great staff, even though they missed one day cleaning our room. Convenient location, close to malls and bus accessible. The beach is beautiful, swimming pools are good, lots of foods, Thai, sushi bar, Italian, steak house, and favourite hang out is the snack bar. Yes, I will recommend this resort to family and friends!

The property itself was nice and it was easy to find a worker if needed. The room was not nice. The light didn’t work, sink wasn’t draining, and the floor was very slippery when we walked in. The room itself needs to be updated. We asked for someone to fix the light and sink. No one fixed the lights and they just took the stopper out of the sink. I also did not enjoy that they would sweep our belongings under the bed or under the dresser.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the staff that wait on guests by the pool and beach area - they keep that place clean, are attentive and pleasant to all guests and they all need a bonus for what they do (hi Nadia!). The bartenders and cooks by the pool are efficient and friendly, esp the ones at the cevicheria (hi Felix who was amazing and Rodolfo!). The room is bigger than expected and clean, room service is very good (food and other stuff). Hard to get reservations at the specialty restaurants - esp the Argentinian but that's the same in most resorts. Entertainment is just right from what I observed for partiers and families with children although I think the music volume can go up 2 notches and it will still be fine. The beach is kept clean, water and waves were awesome but there was too much seaweed when I was there, nothing they can control really, still awesome. I saw armed MX police patrolling discreetly so it felt safe. Buffet and food around the pool are very good quality, best is the cevicheria. Specialty restaurants are good. The negatives: water pressure in room is ok; the food and the service at the Thai restaurant is so-so - the place is way too dark. staff looked really annoyed that we wanted to order desserts and we weren't even there a long time because we felt rushed. After chk in, they will have a long sales talk to sell membership; I know you can say no but they are so persistent and it's annoying. In the end, I would def return here.

Everything was really good. The only disappointment was that for breakfast and lunch there was only one option to go to which was the buffet. There were no other restaurants open so you are left with no option for each day and it gets boring

Well to start VIP status was gonna be 75 bucks a night for ocean view. Not very VIP. And my room had a water leak pipe in ceiling so my last 2 night gave me an upgrade with ocean view. Not many activities for grown-ups

This hotel was amazing. The customer service was amazing. I personally want to think Sam, the bartender Andrew the host at the pool Pedro a bartender, and Eladio The host at the buffet when I say they made my boyfriend and I experience Phenomenal we had an amazing time just because of them. There was one more person, but I couldn’t remember her name but she was the host at the steak restaurant phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal. I will come back just because of them.

We LOVED the pools and spent 5 out of our 7 days at them, but they do close at 8pm which could feel early to some people. They really have an amazing entertainment experience with constant DJ’s, fun games for people to join, and an activity every night. We loved the staff, everyone was so kind especially the pool bartenders and the food/drinks were some of the best we have had in a long time! There are a few solicitors for a night club and the beach massages but they were respectful when we said no. I HIGHLY recommend visiting their Aquaworld section and doing activities with them! The beach is very clean and nice but they waves can get rough, luckily there was a lifeguard and take note of the flags.

Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing and it's super clean. They clean your room three times a day, they change towels, etc. If needed they will come more often. The quality of the food is amazing. Just be aware there is an upcharge for special cuts such as rib eyes, NY strip, Lobster, etc. It didn't matter because they made it up to you with the other plates or night events offering specialty foods like the Mexican night, or Fisherman night, etc. They are very accommodating and accommodated all my requests including food requests such as blackened/grilled. The area is very safe and close to nightlife. The only thing this resort could improve is its entertainment. They lacked a little in this area and could've been better but it wasn't terrible. There were always shows, things to do, live Mariachis, and fun activities. Would I be back? Yes!!! I look forward to booking with them again. Thank you Fiesta Americana for a memorable experience!

For my husband and I, the service stood out, and helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Staff seemed happy to be working there and serving us. We had a great time - there is something for everyone with dining options too!

This was our second visit to Fiesta Americana. It was much better this go round since we knew what to expect! We had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Good was good. Sun and beach can’t be beat!

We have stayed here several times. The pool, bars and spot on ocean is amazing. This time, the room had a bit of a sewage and strong ammonia smell. Also the restaurants portions were small and they weren’t always open. My suggestion is to have other food options besides breakfast open before noon. This is a great place to stay and visit though.
