Absolutely the best hotel of our entire two-week trip. Staff was amazing, breakfast delicious - with plenty of options. We absolutely loved the location, the charm and all the details they put in to making our stay perfect.

Great hotel. Great location. Lovely clean rooms. On-line checkin was a bit of a faff and took a lot of time. Other than that, stay was excellent.

This is a wonderful, big, historic hotel. The rooms are quite large by any standard, however furnishings were stark and modern. Bathrooms are big and wonderful. A large tub was included. The breakfast is delicious. One annoying issue emerged during breakfast. A drone flew around the breakfast buffet and adjacent front lobby multiple times making a loud and disruptive hissing noise. Staff could not tell us exactly what the drone was used for. We complained and staff told their manager and it was stopped. Really, a 5 star hotel should be concerned about maintaining a 5 star ambiance in its public spaces at all times. This was a very odd and disconcerting experience. I give credit to the staff for resolving the issue. No further drone activity was spotted during the remainder of our stay.

I has an accident and stayed at the hotel all the time. The people were very helpful with me. I will always be grateful. The view of my room was fantastic and appreciated it due to my situation,
