Location was great. Buffet breakfast was good. Frustrating check-in. The self service machine didn't work although we were encouraged to use them. Quiet , clean and friendly staff . Didn’t have housekeeping during my stay so would have appreciated a way to swap towels by putting them in a bag and getting a replacement set when needed . This is what they do in Japan . Also had to keep asking reception for my tea bags . Again a way to do this ...
