What a beautiful hotel. The aesthetics only outdone by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff!! We’re truly sad to leave. And would easily return to this property. Thank you for everything!!

Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget.

"Nos llevaron a otro destino diferente al contratado, lo que parecía una casa de guardes con infinidad de detalles mejorables: mal aislamiento del frío, sofás rotos, paredes deterioradas, cámaras en el interior de la casa, decoración de relleno, porche cubierto con retama solo parcialmente, terreno ..."
