Located in Sa Ràpita, Villa Balena offers 120 m² of comfortable space for up to 8 guests. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace, air conditioning, fans, heating, washing machine, dryer, and TV. Two cots, two high chairs, and beach towels are also available.



Outside, you’ll find a private garden, a heated private pool at no extra cost, two private balconies with sea views, both covered and open terraces, an outdoor shower, and a private barbecue. The property is equipped with solar panels.



Street parking is free. Pets are not allowed; families with children are welcome. Events are not permitted. There is space to store belongings. Use of the oil radiator is available for an extra fee.
