The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and Mariana on the staff was outstanding. She spent a significant amount of time trying to help us during a very difficult arrival. Unfortunately, one of the primary reasons we booked The Lumiares was because it offered parking. Prior to arrival, the hotel sent multiple updates regarding changing road restrictions and access routes. Despite following those instructions, we spent several hours attempting to reach the hotel. Even with assistance from hotel staff and local police, we were ultimately unable to access the hotel's parking solution and were directed to alternative parking instead. As a result, we lost most of our first evening in Lisbon, missed our reservation at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, incurred additional charges, and experienced damage to our rental vehicle during the process. What disappointed me most was not the construction itself, but management's response afterward. While the inconvenience was acknowledged, no meaningful resolution was offered beyond a future-stay discount. Beautiful property and excellent front-line staff, but unfortunately the arrival experience and follow-up response significantly impacted our stay.

Oriente Apartment 57 exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, modern, and felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the comfortable accommodations and convenient location. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, making the entire experience stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers
