Breakfast was bad. No gym.

The design and finish of the rooms is stunning. The view are fantastic. I would have given five stars if the bed sheets didn’t feel like sandpaper.

10/10 stay, would rate the staff and hotel cleanliness higher than 5/5 if I could. This stay will be one that lives on in my memory forever given the dedication the staff put into making this hotel a truly phenomenal stay.

This hotel is modern, clean, and convenient. The location is right across from the central train station and is a pickup/dropoff point for many local tours. They offer a nice upgrade package with a daily breakfast buffet, which accommodates diners from across cultures, and the ability to check in early, which allowed me to go straight from the airport to my room for a nap. Even though the location is very central, the traffic is surprisingly quiet at night.

A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel.
