Great cost benefit hotel

I stayed almost one month at the hotel and had a great experience as employees were very nice and polite. Breakfast is good and location is close to Campinas main attractions.

Nice Business Hotel in Campinas.

Nice efficient hotel if you are coming into Campinas for a business stay. Room was spacious and clean, but there were some outdated things in the bathroom and minor things like one of the TVs not working, etc. I am sure if AI had mentioned the TV. They would have taken care of it. But all in all, a nice hotel that is clean and affordable if you are coming into Campinas for a brief stay.

Terrível. Tivemos alguns transtornos na prorrogação da estadia (que informaram que estava tudo certo e quando chegamos de volta ao quarto nao conseguimos entrar, tendo que fazer toda documentação novamente), mas nao gostamos, principalmente, do sumiço de um colar e de um brinco que estava sobre a mesa dentro de uma necessarie. Comunicamos o sumiço assim que notamos, mas ninguém conseguia falar com o gerente, nem verificar quem fez a limpeza... ficamos sem respostas. Depois notamos que o cofre estava fechado, pedimos para alguém (quem sabe nao tinham colocado lá) e nada… ninguém conseguiu… Nunca tivemos esse aborrecimento em outros hoteis.
