Viagem em família, 3 diárias. Hotel mediano, localização central. Porém, comparado com outros dois hotéis que já me hospedei esse deixa a desejar. Precisa melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros, box da cama menor que o colchão, café da manhã sempre a mesma opção, piscina interna pequena com cheiro de urina, piscina externa água aparentemente suja, enfim.. Com relação aos colaboradores, muito educados e atenciosos.

Pessoal muito cortez. Como houve diária completa, reforço que a alimentação estava boa. Necessita melhorar o acesso ao estacionamento e sua rampa. A grande reclamação fica por conta de uma obra causadora de ruído no quarto todos os dias (quarta à sexta) até 21 horas. Reclamei na portaria e não foi solucionado.

Considerando que eu agendei a estadia com uma boa antecedência além de um dia a mais, iniciou no dia 04/08 e eu fiz o check in no dia 05/08, poderiam ter dispendido melhor trato: o ramal não funcionou durante a estadia, na noite do dia 05/08 eu não tive internet (desci na recepção três vezes e não foi resolvido), a imagem da TV era bem ruim (chuvisca da), pedi mais um cobertor e também não fui atendida; na noite do dia 06/08 a internet foi restabelecida.

Fomos eu e meu esposo, simplesmente perfeito, td maravilhoso logo no estacionamento próprio deles nos deparamos ali cm pessoas maravilhosas super atenciosas, na recepção maravilhoso, a gente não perde tempo assinando um monte de coisa, o quarto incrível estávamos comemorarando nosso aniversário de casamento o quarto cm uma vista incrível. As refeições maravilhosas, deliciosas td perfeito, a educação, o atendimento no restaurante é surreal. Foi nossa segunda vez no hotel Guarani, ja estive hospedado em outros hotéis ali ,porém o Guarani de longe foi nosso favorito amamos td Obrigado hotel Guarani por nos proporcionar dias lindos

Excelente atendimento, atendentes muito simpaticos, inclusive o Aderson, que sempre nos atendia no restaurante e pediamos caipirinha de limão, que por sinal foram ótimas! Todas as refeições de excelência! A localização do hotel é perfeita, no centrinho, de frente para a praça! Ficamos no apto n° 513, com sacada para a praça. Quarto bom, só dois pontos negativos: pia do banheiro com vazamento, sendo necessário manutenções no banheiro e a garagem, que é muito apertada! Recomendo o hotel e com certeza voltaremos outras vezes!
