Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble.

Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though. Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel.
