「I wanted to give them 5 stars as the grounds of the property are stunningly beautiful. The landscaping is perfect, the pool is beautiful, looks just like the photos. The rooms were fine, they were large in size but were dated (such as our toilet didn't work great). The problem was with the staff-while they were friendly they really didn't seem all with it for instance they didn't clean out room even though we specifically asked them to clean it, asked for black tea at breakfast and not only...
