ちゃんと清掃していない。ゴミが落ちていた（ティッシュが丸まったゴミが落ちていた） シャワールームが汚い。 タオルが汚れているものが用意されていた。歩いて行ける距離にレストランがほとんどない。 隣の部屋の人の咳払いさえよく聞こえるほど音が駄々洩れ。 安かろう、悪かろう、…のわりに高い。 Staffも決してFrendlyではない。 二度と泊まりたくない。

It was good for an overnight stay, the mattress was overly firm so I had to get my man tights on for yoga in the morning. Breakfast was of a good quality. It was fully booked so it was an operation to get us in. Can’t fault the staff

The food is a joke, order nachos thought no one could get it wrong but they did, my 5 year old granddaughter makes nicer nachos that we got here. And secondly the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. will NEVER stay in a holiday in again however cheap it may be!!!!!!

We had just a one night stay and found the room and facilities just as we expected I found the cost expensive but had very little choice as a last minute booking.

Cheap and cheerful. Easy to find, nice location, easy check-in. Room was clean but toilet needed more attention as the seat wasn’t clean. The beds are like stone (very firm) so I didn’t sleep well and the air conditioning would not turn off whatever I tried so also had to listen to the noise all night. For the price, it was decent, but I wouldn’t use again simply because of the bed not being comfortable.

Toilet was a bit dated. Extremely basic property. Breakfast was very simple. Front desk staff especially young man at check-in was professional informative and very communicative. Young man who was serving drinks at night was soo friendly and was great at servicing on tap machine.

Ive stayed manyl times and always very nice jhowever this time was no pleasant Ibthinkbyhetevhad been dog in there as im allergic and affected me by the time i left and currently im on meds from doctor for allergies. The carpet was so dirty socks were fikthy walking on it. There was a horrible damp smell in room and was really cold too and unable to turn up the heat. The facilities for dining were awful..have gone downhill sinvy last stay at Xmas itbis awful unhygienic to have jam and honey etc with knife ifor all to use on bread looks very bad And unsafe with fo msny peopke using and wandeting around with hot drinks and plates of food NO TRAYS MRS M WEIR

Perfectly acceptable for £50 Inc breakfast but poor mattress compared to premier inns and not very much space in the room with the sofa bed extended. The plumber should be fired for placing the tap so far from the bowl!

Brilliant stay. Pet friendly, and accommodating considering we only booked 20mins before we arrived as had to take the dog with us. They even had a treat bag for the dog!

Holiday Inn?? Better to go Premier.....
We usually don't stay in Holiday Inn's. After this stay, it's not a habit we will be changing! The hotel is quite literally built in a hole in the ground (used to be a chalk quarry) yet somehow still managed to have such poor water pressure that a decent shower was impossible. The beds are very, very cheap and extremely uncomfortable - unlike the other brand of Inn, where the beds are superb. Our bathroom sink was blocked and there was a slightly grudging agreement to get it sorted while we were out for the day. Room cleaning did not include replacement of used toilet roll, clean coffee cups or clean water glasses. Pretty poor, in my opinion. The included breakfast was not great. Powdered eggs! Yuk! And the whole "restaurant" was untidy, with uncleared plates etc stacked on tables. Woefully awful coffee too. In short, go Premier. You deserve better than the Holiday Inn express Cambridge.

Not restful and quite impersonal
Check in was purelt transactional, no element of welcome or friendliness. Whilst check out is at 11 housekeeping started knocking from 8.45! Surely before 9am is too early, I find it intrusive. Not the hoteks fault, but guests cane to breakfast in pyjamas and slippers ... couldnt there be a sign saying "pyjamas are not acceptable at breakfast".

Considering the price, it would be hard to beat. Facilities were OK, clean and spacious. No hidden charges. It´s of course located in an industrial estate (without "heavy" industry) and slightly out of the center. However a good walk was no obstacle for us.

They could not do enough for us and it was really dog friendly which I loved. My dog was allowed to have breakfast with me and sit in the Bar area. The only criticism I have is although the breakfast was okay being on hot plates. The bacon was quite tough, apart from that, all was great
