CAMBO, C2006: One-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator in a recent residence comprising an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (possibility of joining them to form a king-size bed), a separate, fully equipped kitchen (rotisserie oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet. Terrace with mountain views. Private parking. 1,200 meters from the thermal baths and 600 meters from the shops.
NO PETS ALLOWED. No internet access.
Bed linens and towels are not provided (fee-based service available upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a fee-based cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures and fittings is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). The following guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned canceled (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- T2 exit cleaning: €55.
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/set per person/one week: €5.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
