This 50 m², single-storey, PRM-accessible cottage is at your disposal: a fully equipped kitchen with television and Wi-Fi, a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a baby cot, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom/WC with shower seat and grab bar for guests with reduced mobility, and a beautiful terrace with barbecue.
View of the Château de Fénelon, cycle path at the foot of the cottage, access to the Dordogne River and a pizzeria 200 m away.

Kitchen / dining area (16 m²): TV, sofa, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery and kitchen equipment.
Bedroom 1 (14 m²): 160 cm bed, baby cot, storage cupboard with wardrobe, double French doors.
Bedroom 2 (10 m²): 140 cm bed, storage cupboard with wardrobe, wide French door.
Bathroom (5 m²): shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail, PRM equipment: shower seat and grab bar.
A 6 m² hallway connecting the kitchen and bedroom 2.
Outdoor area: large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, views of the Château de Fénelon and the Dordogne River.
Cleaning is NOT INCLUDED in the price. Bed linen, bath towels, bath mat and tea towels are INCLUDED in the price.

Guest access
Guests can park directly in front of the cottage. On arrival, someone will welcome you on site and show you into the property. On departure (before 10 a.m.), you will be independent; the check-out inspection will be carried out afterwards.

All local shops and services are within 3 km: grocery store, post office, pharmacy, doctor, bakery, butcher, bar and restaurant. The nearest supermarkets are 10 minutes away (in Sarlat or Souillac): Leclerc, Carrefour, Lidl, Intermarché, Aldi, etc.
Many activities are available nearby: cycle path at the foot of the cottage, castles, caves, canoeing, tree-top adventure parks, wildlife reserve, Sarlat and its historic center, Rocamadour, Lascaux, Collonges-la-Rouge, and many other villages, including some listed among the most beautiful villages in France (Beynac, La Roque-Gageac).
