Charming villa in the center of the Costa Brava:
We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool.

The house is very comfortable and pleasant.It is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you have the main living room: living-dining room with access to the terrace and barbecue area, kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 of them with access to the garden and 1 full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is 1 bedroom with terrace and 1 full bathroom. Swimming pool: 4x8m approx.

Outside, at the entrance of the house, see the barbecue area. Following the small porch on the side, you will reach the back part of the garden and where the swimming pool is located, where you can spend relaxing or fun moments with the family.

You can park inside the property.
