"Wonderful location, communication with owner, and unit! It was extremely well stocked with household and beach items. No need to bring chairs, toys, boards, or towels. We loved having the adult bikes, and biked over to the playground, putt putt, nature center and shops several times. The only "FYI" I would give is that the pool and main beach is not stroller / cart friendly. A lot of stairs. However, there is a side access to the beach that we used which was fine, but if you have several...

"The sheets/comforter was dirty, the pool wasn't clean, the jacuzzi wasn’t filled up (the owner had to come to the home on two of our vacation days), the freezer was left open which caused water on the floor, the house air wasn’t on before arriving (turning it down to get cold made it freeze up, so we had to sit in heat), the upstairs water wouldn’t get hot, and we didn’t have WiFi on the downstairs living room television. "

"This resort is clean and well maintained. It was perfect to celebrate our anniversary! It’s right on the beach but still has a pool. It was very quiet and peaceful! The only downside is that it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. We wanted to have dinner watching sunset, so we went to Brett’s Waterway Cafe at the marina by downtown. But there are restaurants on site. I would love to visit here again with my family. They have put put golf, pickleball courts, tennis courts and golf courses. The beach here is amazing! I definitely recommend this place! "
