Stay Review The place itself looked beautiful, modern, and new, and the location was excellent with a great view from the balconies. However, there is a big difference between new and clean, and unfortunately, cleanliness was one of the main issues during our stay. The beddings didn’t feel clean and didn’t smell fresh, which honestly affected our comfort. We also had to ask for assistance multiple times because there was no cooking pan, not enough beddings despite the number of guests being indicated in the app, no trash bags, and no accessible remote for the AC. We only realized the AC remote issue late at night and didn’t want to call again in the middle of the night. We also experienced issues with the doors and keys. The doors were accidentally locked, the keys provided didn’t match the unit number, and we had to request the correct keys. We later found out that some of the door knobs were defective. There were also no floor mats in the bathrooms. I’m not sure if they are still new to hosting, but there are definitely several areas that need attention. The units themselves are beautiful and the location is great. If they address these missed opportunities especially cleanliness, completeness of supplies, and basic maintenance, I think this place has a lot of potential and could be a really great stay.

Overall, our stay and accommodation were pleasant. The place was cozy and conveniently located. However, I would like to comment on two things that could be improved. First, cleanliness. We noticed quite a lot of small cockroaches, especially at night, crawling across the floor and around the tables where food was being served. The smell coming from the parking area was also very unpleasant, almost like a rotten sewer, and it was strong enough to affect our breathing. Second, the air conditioning. The AC was very weak and barely produced any cool air. Thankfully, a fan was provided, which helped make the room more comfortable. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
