My Wife and I were very pleased with our stay ( 7/28 to 8/4)…Staff was mostly excellent …Concierge and Pool Maintainer Leo were excellent and very friendly…The one complaint I have about personnel is the Lady that works in the Market; she follows you around the small store as if you’re going to steal something. Service charge is included in all food bills ; it was obvious on the receipt in the restaurants, so that you don’t include a higher tip…..The receipt at the wave shack was folded in such a way that the service charge was hidden .

I am not sure why this was rated a 4 star resort. While it was clean, it was well overdue for an update. Check in was smooth. My room was not ready, but I was given access to the resort. The pool and beach area were quite nice. I went to my room once it was ready. On my way to my room, I noticed dirty dishes in the hall. The housekeeping staff was there so I thought they would remove them. However, it was two days before they were removed and that was only after I called the front desk. I reserved a room when two queen size beds, but what I received was a king and a rollaway bed. The only reason I did not complain is because my roommate was unable to attend and the view of the beach from the balcony made it worth it. Again the room could have used an update. The food was good, especially at the specialty restaurants. The staff was friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay,

The food was superb, everything else was terrible. My husband’s Apple AirPods were stolen from our beach bag and no one seemed to care. The room smelled like Mildew!
