Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
