  • This is a 2 bedroom super 'Penthouse' apartment located in Arco da Calheta is a small, quiet, and private building. The property has 2 generous bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with a laundry area, etc... The property was recently decorated with high-quality furniture which is extremely comfortable. The apartment also includes satellite TV with European channels. The large penthouse terrace allows you not only to sunbathe but as well as to enjoy your meals overlooking the ocean, the banana farms and appreciate the “sunsets” over this beautiful scenery.
    A parking space for each owner is inside the building.
    While surrounded by a rural landscape, it is a very short drive to the Arco da Calheta village “center”, where all local services are available in the village shops. The Marina and the golden sandy Calheta beach are a 5 minutes drive away. If you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and luxury this is the property for you.
