New villa of 168 m² with heated pool and wifi on 2 levels, ideal for spending holidays with family or friends.
The villa is air-conditioned (new installation), it includes four bedrooms, a bathroom (including hair dryer), a shower room, two toilets, a laundry room (including washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board , iron), a living room / stay opened on an equipped kitchen (understanding American fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwaves, oven, themomix).
Sheets, towels and beach towels are available on site.
We provide board games, books (for children and adults), outdoor games (table tennis, bicycles, balls, etc ...), but also: a high chair, a cot and a stroller.
The internet and wifi is included.
Upstairs, balcony and terrace with mountain views, ground floor garden, terrace, swimming pool (new installation), deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, garden table and chairs.
Electric gate, parking inside the property.
Ideally located in a quiet area, it is perfectly equipped and very pleasant to live. Sunshine all day south. The house is located less than 10 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from the first beaches, and the port of Calvi, 25 km from Ile Rousse
