"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"We had a fabulous stay in Virginie's apartment. It's really well located for access to the town center but also enjoys a quiet location. There was everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was really well equipped, great seating areas inside and out and the beds were super comfortable! There is also private underground parking for several cars. I would be more than happy to spend another holiday there!"

"Absolutely stunning location. Very modern facilities in fantastic location. Everything from undercover lock up car parking to 2 bathrooms, well fitted kitchen, comfortable lounge with most beautiful vista of the mountains and village. The host was very accommodating, the apartment was well finished with all linen and mod cons. Short walk to all cafes and shops and variety of bars. Very quiet location and elevated so you enjoy the mountain views."

"Helen’s place was perfect for us. It is stylish, cosy & really well equipped. Even though the kitchen was small, it had absolutely everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the music collection :-) Is nice staying right near the middle of Luchon. Being cyclists, we had easy access to the rides we wanted to do also. Nice restaurants in town also."

"The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre. "

Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. "The hotel is classed as 2 star and I guess that's about right, but I stayed in a 4 star the day after my stay at Hotel Blu Aran and immediately wished I could go back. It's honest, clean and the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the kitchen could not provide dinner but the receptionist was wonderful and offered a suggestion in town which was one of the best meals I've ever had. The view from the room was idyllic and I have already planned my return next year"
