Ocean Vista is a truly spectacular spacious villa with uninterrupted views of over the beautiful Obidos Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean and is just a short 5 min walk from the fantastic beach of Foz do Arelho.
The villa is ideally placed to take advantage of the stunning sunsets and sea views. On the ground level, the villa offers a modern and spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with new stainless appliances five spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms.
There are sliding glass doors from 3 bedrooms and the living room, which overlook the beach, lagoon and ocean. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate lounge area. There is also spacious games area with a Pool and Table Tennis Table and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
The villa sports a beautiful private Heated Pool, spacious grounds and large wrap around deck, also with ocean views.
The beach in Foz fo Arelho is rated as one of the best Blue Flag beaches in Euorpe. With its extensive sandy beaches one can always enjoy a peaceful spot even in the busiest of times. With the warm,tranquil lagoon and ocean surf at the same beach teenagers and toddlers can enjoy the beach equally.
The Villa is located a short driving distance from some of the best historic sites in Portugal and can find Golfing , great restaurants and cultural distractions nearby. Luxury Villa in the Mist
The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets.

Amazing villa
An outstanding villa with spectacular views, we were a large family and didn’t use the full space available, because it is so spacial - you could even bring an au pair or caterer, there is that much space. A total must have was the heated pool, we were grateful for that after spending time at the beach and in the stunning Atlantic Ocean which has its waves and quieter and safer lagoon. Our host was attentive and concerned for us having a great time which we did, thank you very much

Stunning views and beautiful house.
The house is beautiful and well equipped. There was an issue with the heated pool and the owner worked diligently to resolve it. Easy check in and check out. If you want to stay near the Foz do Arelho area than this property should be on your radar screen.

Great spot for multi generation vacation!
We stayed here a week with 10 people between 80 and 2! House met all expectations for our group. Great to have all the games and the gym for the teenagers. The view is unbelievable and different every day. The pool is lovely although it would be even better with a safety gate. We had a few hiccups that were no one's fault and the property manager responded and resolved the issues quickly. It is definitely more of a walk to the beach than we anticipated (the incline is no joke!) but with a house.like that, we were happy to stay home!

Stunning views and luxurious villa
The villa is simply stunning. You can actually hear the Ocean from the huge spacious terrace. The villa itself easily accommodates 10 people. The downstairs games room and other facilities are ideal. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are luxurious. The heated pool is an aded bonus and enabled children to swim all afternoon !! whilst adults simply admired the Ocean view. The beach is so clean and the beach bars are perfect for a lunchtime drink and food. Would highly recommend. Obidos is well worth a visit too. Stunning.

Amazing holiday home in an amazing area
An amazing stay. The house is beautiful with a wonderful pool and pots of entertainment. The kitchef was very well appointment, we had no trouble cooking large meals for 10 people every day. The views from the house are stunning and you are only a short walk away from the beach and a short car ride from a lovely town with lots to see and do. I would stay here again anytime.

Lots of space!
The property is in a good location with beautiful views of the ocean and the lagoon. Plenty of room to spread out for our family which was wonderful. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The one suggestion I have is that the house needs better lighting. The bedrooms need proper reading lamps as does the living room. The pool is great!

Completely as described. Stayed for a week with people from 16 to much older. House is really well equipped, very spacious, and with an amazing view. Owner was extremely responsive (no issues - just questions). Beach is a short but very steep walk and lots of places to visit within 30 mins car drive. Would definitely recommend.

This villa is very modern and spacious with a lovely outside space and an amazing view of the lagoon. It is very well equipped with everything you need including a welcome pack of refreshments which is thoughtful. Very good wifi, Netflix, pool table, ping pong table, all what you need is there for you. Well equipped kitchen and great large fridge/ freezer. Heated swimming pool was just a treat. Very responsive property owner to all our requests. Close to some lovely restaurants and 10 minutes drive to major supermarkets. A great place to stay. Would highly recommend it!! A gem of a property in Foz do Arelho
Thank you for an excellent memorable vacation with my family at this property. The view and all systems in the home worked flawlessly. The Property Owner and the Property Manager were excellent and very responsive and accommodating to our request. The weather was not the best but the Swimming Pool, Home gym my favorite and games (Pool, Ping Pong table) fill the gap along with the Ocean View. The Internet is blazing fast and was a plus and allow me to work remotely. I will definitely re-vist Foz do Arelho and rent again if the property is available. Robin Sawh, Edmonton Alberta Cannada.

This is a beautiful, spacious property in a fabulous location overlooking the lagoon and ocean. My family (6 of us in total) had a fantastic holiday. There is plenty to do - we surfed, windsurfed, spent time at the beach, visited Lisbon and enjoyed the local area. The house is a relaxing place to stay with everything a family or group could need / want and really is in a special location. We definitely plan to visit again

Wunderschöne Villa
Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Blick. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Küche sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Für Ausflüge eine optimale Lage. Einziger Makel war die defekte Poolabdeckung, die immer auseinanderbricht. Da hat sich auch eine Person bei uns schwe am Finger verletzt. Schade.

Perfection
La maison est sublime, tout est pensé pour ne pas avoir besoin d’en sortir. Très bien équipée aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les bébés ! L’entretien de la maison est très bien. Seul petit bémol, les équipements extérieurs sont un peu usés. Chaises longues abîmées et pas toutes fonctionnelles, tout comme les parasites. Mais c’est dérisoire par rapport à la qualité de la maison.
