"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

"It´s quite simple: perfect house & perfect host [Thanks Sofia!] at a perfect place. If you are looking for a calm, small paradise go there. It´s a really romantic place and perfect to enjoy nature. Aguincho is a little village in a wonderful valley with a river for bathing. Directly in front of Aguincho there´s a very good trail for doing some walks - serious hiking needs some travelling by car or you are tough enough to do the Torre from here. "No kettle or coffee maker in the room is a deal killer for me. "Missed it by that much" Get Smart. Two very uncomfortable wicker chairs in the room. We were told breakfast was 8 AM but turns out it was 8:30 AM. Perhaps lost in translation. Breakfast was all laid out at 8 but we were not allowed to have it. Bed was OK. It would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby in the morning so that you can sit in the large number of comfortable places and enjoy a quiet morning. Especially with the room with the roaring fire. We wanted to know if we could order wine and sit in one of the lovely rooms but it must have gotten lost in translation. Not sure why many of these places don't have a FAQ in various languages explaining all this. We were there on Valentines day so there was a preset menu. It was good."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel in the mountains. There were some nice (though not easy) walks nearby me the hotel felt much like a wellness retreat. We opted for 1/2 board (breakfast dinner) since there were not a lot of spots nearby and the driving made me a bit nervous. The menu had good selection and I appreciated seeing wines on the menu from their Duoro vineyard location. "
