As part of a semi-detached house, this cosy home welcomes you with a great living atmosphere, characterised by half-timbering, sloping ceilings and inviting furnishings and loving decoration. Enjoy the inviting ambience and the charm of the house on two floors and look forward to spending pleasant hours outdoors.



Make the most of your private outdoor area, as the house offers a wonderful view over the hills with olive trees and across the valley to the sea. Your accommodation also has a private area next to the entrance with a veranda equipped for outdoor dining and invites you to linger here. You can also enjoy the second reserved space in a panoramic position, where you can relax in the sun or shade. You can spend special wellness hours in the whirlpool.



The location could not be better, because just a few kilometres from Calci, you will find many opportunities for hiking or cycling. Visit the famous Certosa in Calci and discover one of the surrounding towns such as Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio every day. If you don't mind travelling further, the Tuscan sandy beaches or the city of Florence are also tempting day trips.
