"The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! "Hotel.com listing has coffee in common area---- they charged $1.20 for instant. Listing has pool----half full hot tub sized. Listing has full service spa ----none. Listing has wifi---- works 10% of the time. Listing has stovetop and utensils ---- none. This was a room not a condo. They cleaned the room once in 6 days. Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

"Visited Villa Amihan for a quick weekend get away from Manila with colleagues and found a wonderful oasis on the cliffs overlooking the Verde Island passage. This is a gorgeous four floor, four bedroom house with a refreshing infinity pool. Kitted out with three patio levels, a big kitchen and most everything you would need to be self sustainable. "The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "

"The property was amazing the staff was very hospitable even at 11 PM at night when we arrived. It’s both access only when arriving or leaving. You’re greeted with a cocktail and oatmeal cookie from the owner. I highly recommend hashbrowns. They were also able to accommodate the other couple that came with us honeymoon surprise and short notice."

"What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. "

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and attentive. I will be back. If your never been to Mindoro the water is beautiful. I was on a short stay but next time I plan to dive."
