Their location and grounds are excellent. You have access to heir private beach and you have ocean view from their dining facilities. Their food is quite good and reasonably priced. The bed and bathroom facilities need imrovement

One of the best locations for staying in Goa. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Cleaned, sanitised environment and room. Good services. Amazing food. Well-maintained and clean beachfront. Overall a perfect haven to stay while enjoying Goa.

Séjour agréable. Très jolie piscine. Très joli jardin fleuri. Le restaurant, très correct, donne directement sur la plage. Seul point négatif: éviter le samedi soir car l'hôtel, comme sans doute tous les hôtels de bord de mer, est envahi par des "hordes" de jeunes hommes qui fêtent leur enterrement de vie de garçon et qui accaparent la piscine. Nice hotel. Not so nice owner !

We stayed in a beach cottage which was lovely. Restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and was quiet and peaceful. The only negative is the hotel owner an older gentleman who is rude and abrupt and told us international law doesn’t count in India! He argued with my husband who had to bring food into the hotel at 1.30am as he is diabetic and needed to eat. The hotel facilities were closed so he had no option but get it from outside. The owner was exceptionally rude. I spoke with his son before I left and he was polite and helpful. So long as you don’t have to deal with the owner directly you could have a lovely time at this hotel if you book a cottage. March 2020

Stayed with friends. Breakfast wasn't great. Dinner was good. Overall, service seemed so so. The front desk had to be called a few times to get them to do anything. I felt I was overcharged for the taxi.

Beautiful lush property, well maintained and decorated with unique sculptures and Murtis. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed, like a cloud. The restaurant was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Not worth the money

Not a 4 star hotel. It is most definitely a 2 star as Google states. Smelly, moldy, mildewy, and dirty. We chose the best of four rooms we viewed. The amenities were scant. The only redeeming qualities are that the staff are friendly and the restaurant shack is right on the beach. It's not worth the price when charged as a 4 star but would be worth the price of a 2 star hotel.
