そこそこ

プールがある割には価格はリーズナブル。ショッピングモールは近い。トライシクルで日本食レストランにも行けます。窓が壊れていて閉まらなかった。学生の団体が宿泊していて、騒々しかった。

ラグナ観光のには拠点になるホテル

ラグナ観光には最高のホテル何処へ行くにもSMからF.Xが出ているので便利ホテル自体は古びた感じはあるが普通に我慢できる範囲食事は期待できない。

ロケーションが良く、スタッフも親切。

スライダー付きの大きなプール、バーベキューコーナーなどを備えたホテル。客室はいたってシンプルで、冷蔵庫・電子ケトル・紅茶とコーヒー・石鹸・歯ブラシ・スリッパがある。シャンプー・ドライヤーは無し。朝食はプールサイドのカフェで、バイキングではなく10種類程度のメニューからの選択。量は少ない。ホテルから廊下に出るドアに少々すきまがあるので、廊下のテラスで話している声や、歩く音はよく聞こえる。マニラからGreen Starのバスで57ペソ、Calamba Crossingで下車し、戻る方向に徒歩３分程度で到着する。ホテルを出て右側にはファーストフード店等があり、立地は非常に良い。

リゾートホテルではない

わりと人気のホテルと期待して宿泊したが、月曜日なのか、スッタッフは少なくサービスは悪い。朝食はこんなものか。　マタブンカイのホテルの食事がよかったので、本ホテルの朝食にがっくり。食事付だが、食事なしが良かったかも。

I would like for the resort to get rid of all stray cats n dogs. These stray animals are risky and dangerous to the guests. Also extend the hours of the restaurant to the guests. The restaurant closes too early.

When we booked there were only 1 room available and we had booked 2 rooms with queen bed . We were told we could upgrade to 1 room with a queen bed but had to pay extra for our kids to sleep with a extra bed even thou we had allready paid for 2 queen beds. I would not stay here again

施設は古いですが、リゾート感があって良かったです。プール、バーベキュースペース、カラオケ(一曲毎にコインを入れる)などあります。土曜日ということもあり、現地の人達がそれぞれ楽しんでいました。今回は利用しませんでしたが、次回はこれらを楽しみたいです。朝食は部屋のメニューでフロントに注文して部屋で食べました。部屋はそこそこ広くて、シャワーはお湯も出て問題ないレベルと思います。

Its not a riverview. Service in the breakfast cafeteria was painfully slow. But food quality was good. The laundry was frightfully expensive. We asked fro the rates three times to no avail. However the manager to her credit gave us a 50% discount on the laundry. Its OK.

Beautiful!!

It was good for everything. Even very delicious this free breakfast haha. The best part is I can use there swimming pool until midnight!! Seeya!! haha

I want there but I don’t stay there because to mush noises, i can’t sleep there because there is vibration from down, it’s was the bedroom like you shower me, somebody smoked in front the room. Please I aske you give me back my money. Thanks.

Not good

Booked 2 nights to spend sone family time in the resort. They closed both pools for cleaning, so we were left with a very expensive hotel with a small garden to stare at and a pay-per-song karaoke machine as the only amenities. No idea why they can't alternate pools for cleaning. Rooms were very basic, but reasonably clean. Shame about the biting ants that lived on one of our beds. The best part of the stay was breakfast. Look elsewhere.

Poor Internet Connection and Facilities

After few hours of stayed the Flash is not working and the faucet can't stop water pour continuously..Phone is not working we dial 0 or 101 but no response. Internet connection is slow

Disappointing

One of the cleaning ladies of the hotel told 2 people what I was doing and who was staying with me causing me to have to prove I was not involving myself in activities I shouldn’t be. She made me look bad to officials of the villa I work in. It was not her place to do so. I eventually convinced them that I was with friends and there was nothing more with the person who had drank to much to go home and had stayed with me. It is very rude and illegal to give information about others.

Convenient, with a nice pool.

It took the front desk staff awhile to look for my booking. A little bit of a hassle but after all settled. Pool is ok. Kids had fun.

Ein Stadthotel mit grossem Pool

Durch die Nähe zu Manila ist es immer recht voll.. Team-Buildings, Konferenzen, Familienfeiern... und alles mit Karaoke :-) Als wir da waren, wurde gerade zusätzliches Personal gesucht. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir alles. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es ist ok

Unter 3,5 Sternen versteht man in D etwas komplett anderes. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, auf Nachfrage bekommt man alles, Kleinigkeiten aus dem Restaurant sind lecker. Es ist nah zur Mall. Viele Gäste kommen zu Feiern mit Karaoke... und das ziemlich laut. Oft finden dort Konferenzen statt. Es ist landestypisch.

Kamers zijn primitief maar voldoen. Ontbijt niet speciaal maar voldoet aan basis. Zembad en resort tuin is lekker groot. Verder praktisch gelegen in nabije stad.

Great Experience

Great experience from start to end. Staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but when mentioned at reception was fixed by my return to the room that day. To me it is attention to the problem and the response that makes it an excellent review from me. Please note, if you are expecting "western" luxury this place might not be for you, if you want excellent value then book it. Also note it makes money from being a conference centre and so also holds functions / events at the weekend so there may be noise until midnight. I will book it again without hesitation.

Christmas trip to Calamba

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. WIFI in the room was strong. The free breakfast was good and the bottomless coffee was very nice. Cons: Micro mini toilet paper rolls. Plan on having to ask for more. The toilet seat was missing in our room. When we complained, we were told by maintenance that it was on order. Now really, who rents out a hotel room with no toilet seat? Major ding to reputation for that.

The rooms need to be renovated. The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower water hose looked too old that we were not sure whether to use the shower at all. The floor mat looked like a dirty rug. Good thing that they had fresh smelling bed linens. The staff tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were apologetic whenever they came to fix something in the room. They had complimentary bottles of water in the rooms ( i booked three rooms)

Never go back

Prepaid booking of a room with two double beds. 1st - Went to hotel lobby was told I had no reservation and I would have to pay to get a room that I already paid for. 2nd - My wife and I had to stay somewhere as it was late and we needed to get some rest so we could catch a bus in the morning. 3rd - After paying for a room with 1 queen size bed and starting to research how all this happened. Magically, my money was refunded and our prepaid reservation was found. 4th - Was never offered to be moved into correct room. So had to settle for dirty, worn out mattress, filthy bathroom and did I mention we had to wear slippers as the floor was sandy.

Giant pool, conference rooms, menu to please guest

The room was large, bathroom not so; but the prices of food (Chicken Wing sauce was A+) was 50% of what I'd experienced the previous 14 days in Manila, Cebu, Subic and Pampanga! Thanks! Largest pool I'd seen too.
