Capilla is a detached chalet with a private pool. Entry: Upon entering through the main door of the house, you will find the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Ground floor: Here there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. First floor: Here there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From here you have access to the balcony, living room, kitchen, dining room, and 1 bedroom. The decor of Capilla is modern and functional. The interior is bright and has a modern atmosphere. Capilla offers a 180-degree view of the Mediterranean Sea. Capilla has a built-up area of 290 square meters. There is a landscaped garden available. You will find the pool at the front of the chalet. You can reach the pool via a small staircase downwards. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish lifestyle. The play equipment is a pleasant distraction for the little ones. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its central location.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7.50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
