8.8/10 Excellent! (120 reviews)
The idea was to stay in Lisbon for three nights, my wife and I stayed just the one night at the Hotel Capital though we had paid for all three nights in advance. We arrived just before midnight due to severely delayed flights from London.
As soon as we could the next morning, after a disappointing cold breakfast, we moved out to find a better hotel. We asked about a refund for the remaining two nights which was denied.
A colleague arrived the next day and he also moved on to a better hotel immediately.
We checked with the website and all appeared quite acceptable. Were we ever wrong, misled. In all honesty, I feel cheated, ripped off.
