Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We used to have only one quiet room, but we have recently opened 4 new sound-proof rooms. This is an effort we have made to satisfy our guests better. Besides, we are constantly improving our services/features in our hotel. For instance, we have now kettles and cups available in each room, we have renovated the entrance and part of our building and we are implementing a property management system to deal with our bookings in a better way. Dear Jose, our reception staff addressed this claim with you by checking the security cameras and showed you the footage to verify that you gave us 2 laundry bags. One of the bags containing clothes and the other one containing 1 pair of shoes. In the 6 years we have been operating, never have we ever lost any item from our guests, as we have security cameras in every space where our staff works, so after showing you the proof that you didn’t give us 2 pairs of shoes, it is totally unfair to still claim that we are responsible for that loss. Furthermore, we also didn’t enter your room at any point in time because you didn’t request housekeeping, so our team didn’t have any contact with your belongings, aside from the time you gave us the items in reception.
