This place is super nice. My room was not very big but I had a beautiful garden. I was super sick and had to stay inside the hotel all week and Hassan from front desk was checking on me twice a day, sending me fruits and bringing medicines when I needed. Such a lovely attention! The Japanese restaurant was really good and also have a shisha restaurant with Morrocco food but as I was sick I couldn’t try but was always full so I guess it’s good. In general, great place and I will be happy to stay again

They allow smoking on floors where the rooms are. Internet was not good in my room. The parking is on street and they try to charge for that. The service was good and the staff are friendly. The restaurants are pretty good. Gym is pretty good.

Good location

First it’s hard to find the entrance to the hotel if you are driving . Second there is no sign from the basement to show where is the reception . Third the hotel needs renovation and maintenance specially in the air conditioner. But the staff are helpful , very friendly and professional. Also hotel in good location.

The hotel is in a very nice location for business traveler next to several banks and international companies. The bed is comfortable, clean, but you need to ask specifically for non-smoker room. The breakfast is good and there is a nice restaurant on the property. What i didn't like is tge lax employee attidue about COVID-19. So although tge hotel lists several precautions on there website many are ignored by the employee. Housekeeper go in the rooms without masks and servant at the restaurant don't wear masks or pull it down to their chin. I noticed one maskless employee touching food with his bare hand. I raised these concerns with hotel managment and they promised to fix them but i kept noting the same issues.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and furnished. However, just about everything needs deep cleaning and lots of maintenance. The staff are friendly. However, they clearly need a considerable amount of training on customer service.
