1. Guest Eligibility: Only families and married couples are allowed to book and stay.
2. ID Requirement: A valid passport or national ID must be submitted for all guests prior to check-in.
3. Late Check-Out Policy: A fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate will be charged for delays up to one hour past check-out time. Delays beyond one hour are not permitted, as they disrupt cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
