Please treat the property with care. Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.
- No smoking within the complex. Smoking allowed only on the street.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ensure the number of guests does not exceed your booking.
- Host will take a copy of ID.
- No glass around the pool.
- Check-in between 3 pm and 9 pm. For late check-in, please contact us prior to booking.
If we receive a complaint about a party or disturbance, we may need to involve local authorities, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
