A very centrally located 67 square meters apartment on Via Lanusei in Cagliari, a one-minute walk from Piazza Costituzione, the crossroads between the Castello, Marina, and Villanova neighborhoods—the heart of the city’s history and shopping scene. The ground-floor apartment has just been renovated, and all the furnishings are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combination microwave, electric kettle, toaster, TV, dishes, table, and chairs; bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer; a tastefully decorated and fully furnished double bedroom, without windows but connected to the living room via a double sliding glass door (frosted, of course). You’ll be just a short walk from the Castello district, with its narrow, charming streets, the aforementioned Bastion of Saint Remy, and the Pisan towers dating back to the 14th century; the Cathedral, dating from the 13th century, the Vice-Regal Palace, and the Episcopal Palace; the Museum Complex, featuring the Archaeological Museum—home to the Giants of Mont’e Prama, dating back three thousand years—and the Garden Beneath the Walls, located beneath the ramparts, where you can relax. In the Stampace neighborhood, you can visit the Botanical Garden, which contains thousands of plant species—some very rare—from all over the world; in the surrounding area, you’ll find the Roman-era archaeological site, featuring the Roman Amphitheater and the Villa of Tigellio. Also nearby is the Marina neighborhood, built around the harbor, full of small shops, ancient buildings, and historic churches: the ideal spot for evenings spent strolling, shopping, and dining on traditional and modern Sardinian cuisine at one of the many restaurants. Other things to keep in mind
Since the apartment is located in the historic center, its thick walls can cause some difficulty with cell phone reception; however, the Wi-Fi connection allows for excellent use of WhatsApp, including voice and video calls.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (except in the outdoor smoking area), nor are parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 p.m.

We feel we should point out that, as is often the case in the historic center, unfortunately the building and the apartment have architectural barriers (steps, narrow doors).
The City of Cagliari requires payment of a tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 days, for guests aged 12 and older. The tax must be paid on site, in cash.
Please note that Cagliari has a door-to-door recycling program; so you will not find trash bins on the streets, but you will have bins inside the apartment (designated for plastic, glass, paper, and organic waste, respectively) that must be taken outside the evening before the scheduled collection day, according to the schedule provided by the City of Cagliari.
