New Construction, Beautiful Home with Boat Slip

  • Gorgeous new home with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a Hide-a-Bed. Sleeps 6 but you can ask for an air mattress to sleep 8. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, master suite with whirlpool tub and walk in tiled shower, king bed, electric fireplace and 43 inch tv. Living room has an electric fireplace, and 50 inch tv. Kitchenette upstairs with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster oven. Full kitchen downstairs.
    This beautiful home has a cozy covered front porch with 6 rocking chairs. Around back we have a fire pit with 8 seats, BBQ grill, and a small covered porch. The community boat dock is within walking distance. . Electric car charger is available at the home. Within walking distance there is another property which is available listing id 903901.

    If you wish to use the fire pit you just supply your own wood
