This stunning modern oceanfront villa, completely rebuilt after Hurricane Maria, offers an unparalleled escape with its luxurious features. Spanning 2,000 square feet, it boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with full glass walls that provide breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The two full and two half bathrooms ensure comfort for all guests.

The villa is designed for efficiency, with foam insulation that keeps indoor temperatures pleasant. High ceilings ranging from ten to twelve feet create an airy atmosphere. The outdoor amenities are remarkable: a heated infinity pool, a poolside kitchen, and a 60-pound capacity icemaker, perfect for entertaining.

For those who love the water, four kayaks with life jackets and safety equipment are included, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Inside, you’ll find designer-grade furniture and high bb-end appliances, including an Italian kitchen with a porcelain top, a home theater equipped with an 82” Samsung QLED TV and SONOS sound system, and a 42" smart TV in the master bedroom. My teenage daughters, my wife and myself spent a week here. Everything was exactly as advertized, beautiful place, beautiful scenery. It was a great location to be able to visit places up and down the west coast and all western Puerto Rico. There is a place for deep sea fishing/snorlking just about a mile down the road. Great stay.

Best experience renting a vacation property. The host was amazing and provided us with great suggestions for restaurants and regularly checked on us. Home is as advertised. Snorkeling paradise!

The number and variety of fish we saw while snorkeling was amazing. Really, we didn't think it would be as good as it was; it exceeded our expectations and we've snorkeled off Culebra. The house itself was comfortable with a few stand out features we really enjoyed. Stuff like a washing machine and dryer are incredibly appreciated now that we have a baby. And the refrigerator was house sized, not a mini fridge. Each bedroom has an AC unit. The property is separated from the road with a remote controlled fence/ gate which makes for easy ingress and egress. There's a huge propane BBQ which we used, and loved. The description was accurate, and everything was clean and well maintained. There was a handyman who met us and there was good customer service. We liked the restaurants nearby, our favorite was Uva Playa which is a short drive away. I would recommend this property to friends or family with the proviso that it's great for someone who wants to kayak (two were provided, free), paddleboard or snorkel or do other water activities since the water is so clear (especially in the morning) and calm. The beach that the property is on is rocky, not sandy, so if you want to be in sand you can walk 5 minutes to a beach. We swam off the boat dock.

Very relaxing; right on the water!

For a frame of reference with this recommendation: My husband and I enjoy the road less traveled. We love immersion in the places we visit. We find resorts to be stifling. We chose this awesome cabin for several reasons. First; because it sits right on the water with full use of a paddle board, kayaks, snorkel equip and water toys. You can kayak to a nearby little island and snorkel. We had sea turtles poking up their heads all around us but esp by the island. You can pack a portable cooler -we always travel with one- and enjoy an evening paddle, watch the pelicans, float around on a calm evening and have a little picnic on the ocean kayak. You can go to one of many small local restaurants and enjoy fresh seafood. Secondly; the patio of this cabin is its crown jewel along with the beautiful views. Play dominoes or cards or hang in the hammock and read while you enjoy an amazing sunset. There are beaches nearby. We went to Rincón one day-fantastic. Third; while the cabin is rustic, it is clean and if there is one thing I do love; it is good sheets, nice towels and a comfortable bed. Lastly, Luis was extremely helpful and friendly. We texted him about when check out was, he offered that we did not have to rush and please enjoy a kayak before we left which we did. Rene met us at the house and was really great as well. Thank you so much-we loved your place!

Wish We Could Stay Longer!!

The second to last day of our stay, my wife said, "I LOVE this place. I don't want to leave." She has never said that about any of our past home rentals. A family of four, including two teenagers, the home was perfect for us. All three bedrooms had AMAZING views. The outside living space was so comfy and stylish. The pool was warm. The living room had a large TV and surround sound for movie nights. One of our favorite (and very unique) things about this place was that we kayaked to a small island/nature reserve multiple times. We were the only ones on the island, hanging out with the unique wildlife on an isolated beach all to ourselves. Other great things: A/C, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, an iPad loaded with great info & resources about the home, location, and local things to do, great wifi, outdoor shower, 1.5 miles to grocery store and gas station. Luis is amazing- very communicative and responsive. He checked in with us multiple times and provided great restaurant suggestions. He actually worked with me and spent extra time reaching out to VRBO regarding a credit card snafu, which was totally my fault. He did not have to do that. One very nitpicky thing to be aware of... there is no dishwasher (unless we weren't looking in the right place). On the other hand, washing dishes was not a requirement for checking out. Thank you, Luis! We will be back!

I hardly ever take the time to do reviews. But this time is an exception because from day one Luis gave us a 5 star welcome and service. The house is beautiful and met all of our expectation and more. Even when the light went out for several hrs the generator kicked in automatically and everything kept running. Paradise in Cabo Rojo

Our family of 7 absolutely loved our stay at the Villa. Plenty of room for all of us and any questions or concerns are quickly answered or addressed by Luis. We were able to cook every day at the Villa with both inside and outside kitchens stocked with the necessary tools needed to cook or go just a few minutes down the road for authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. In case of the possible power outage, which happened twice during our stay, the generator kicks in and runs the whole home automatically. Enjoy beautiful sunsets every night right from the back yard, pool or any room in the house (the whole back of the house facing the water is all windows) We wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. Beautiful property!

Villla Joyuda is a stunning property with beautiful views. The house was beautifully decorated and we had everything we could have needed. All of the amenities were top notch and Luis was wonderful to work with and checked in with us several times to ensure we didn’t have any concerns/questions. As mentioned, the house is located on a very busy road and it can be tricky to get into the driveway when there is traffic. The narrow road prohibits the chance to walk to any nearby restaurants, so plan on hopping in the car to get to dinner. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book the house again. The perfect house to stay.

Beautiful property with the view of the Caribbean Sea. Wake up and go to bed with a cool breeze emanating from the sea. Modern kitchen with all the accessories. Amazing living room with a large TV and WiFi around de house. Spacious bedrooms and very confortable beds. Excellent grill with all the accessories. For starters I'm not going to be able to say enough, This home is outstanding !!

My husband and I happened to arrive in Puerto Rico on the very day they had an earth quake! I believe it was a 6.9? I understand this isnt a regular occurrence, I was informed that this hasn't happened in over 100 yrs. However, It was very unfortunate and my heart goes out to those that were impacted. keep in mind Puerto Rico truly is a beautiful, safe place to visit. As for us we were extremely fortunate! This home is not only beautiful but, it was built with everything in mind! We always had running hot and cold water, electricity , and gas. As well as all the comforts. The pool is solar heated so the water was nice and warm at all times. The furniture, bedding and even the towels plush and luxurious! Every room had a beautiful view. Structurally this house was so sound that we almost felt as though nothing was happening and we felt extremly safe. The owner, Luis was always a phone call away day and night with answers to any of our concerns or anything we needed. Luis, told me he ususlly welcomes his guest upon arrival personally but, due to scheduling , unfortunately he was not able to greet us. Well, although he wasnt able to greet us his attention to every detail and thoughtfulness made us feel like we had met him and had known him all along. He gave us suggestions on restaurants and nearby shopping and he had a detailed manuel readily available that came in handy. We will definitely book this home again! So if you're planning a trip to Puerto Rico and staying in the Cabo Rojo area, I would look no further than this home. This house does not disappoint!!!!
