Cabanas Beach

The air conditioning in most of the rooms doesn't work effectively. Even on the highest setting, the airflow is very low, and rooms have sensors that turn the ac off if you're not in the room. The 5 days we were there, the room was hot and uncomfortable the whole time, affecting our sleep. The rest of the hotel is fairly nice, a bit dated, but people should be aware of the ac issues.

Excellent location, surroundings, amazing resort concept. Beautiful design blended with natural elements with lots of respect for the environment. Pine woods, sand dunes, natural vegetation all beautifully preserved and integrated. The beach itself is excellent. Proper deep sand, very clean water, very flat, excellent for children. The food in both restaurants including the beach club was very high quality.

A lovely hotel reception, the staff were very polite & helpful. Our room was very spacious & clean. Some parts of the hotel could do with some tlc. The pool beside the outside bar was surprisingly dirty. No cocktails in the AI unless paid to upgrade to the premium AI.
