「Had a lovely stay here. Staff was super kind, helpful and we had everything we could need. For 5sol per person, you can get a simple breakfast served on the 5th floor, there you can also socialize and play board games in your free time.」

「世界旅行中ですが、ソネスタは初めて使いましたが、色んな面でマリオットと比べると劣ります。 部屋は古く、コンセントが少なく、朝食も普通って感じです。特徴もなしです。スタッフの対応は良かったです。 VIPアクセスの恩恵は何も無く、空いていましたが、アップグレードもダメと言われました。 ロケーションはカフェからのチチカカ湖は素晴らしいです。部屋から見たかった。」

「アレキパ観光やチチカカ湖観光中に荷物を預かってもらいながら何泊か利用しましたが、最終日以外は同じ部屋で、この部屋のトイレの蓋がなく、ずっとバスルームに染み付いたおしっこの臭いに悩まされました。最終日は別の部屋でしたが、トイレの蓋があり、臭いもまだましでした。立地の良さと静かな場所というのは気に入っています。スタッフも親切でしたが、チェックアウト時に予約していたはずのタクシーが手配されておらず、朝からバタバタしたのが残念でした。」

「The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. 」

「バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。」

「とても綺麗で、中庭の装飾も素晴らしかったです。ホテル内にはあちこちに価値の高い絵が飾ってありました。 オーナーはとても親切で色々アドバイスを頂きました。 特筆したいのは朝食です。 タッブリの果物、パンケーキ、美味しいコーヒー ペルーで同じような価格のホテルに泊まりましたが、群を抜いて良かったです。 」

「I stages 3 nights. At the first night I had to take a shower in médium-low temperature. I said it at the woman at the main office. Day 2 they changed my room for another which the hit water was ok… she never mentionnes that I Will have to pay the extras. At the Check-out , surprise I had to pay 300 soles to cover it. I asked the women Why and they couldnt answer me. So I paid it and i’m still looking for a refund of theses abusives fées. 」
