Everything was great. But the coffee for the morning breakfast buffet need improvement.

Pool is clean and access to the beach was easy. Staff are helpful and pleasant to everyone.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Can use a mini fridge for the rooms.

Beautifully decorated hotel situated in Baguio city. It is on a busy street but convenient for our driver to get to. We were greeted upon entering by all staff. The 5 rooms I booked were all clean, beautiful and included breakfast daily which was a delicious addition to the hotel stay. The rooms do not need air conditioning because it is cool at night and there are air fans in each room. I cannot wait to return. All of our guests were happy with their rooms.

big place, the upgrade to villa they offer, the beach and the swimming pools, so clean, excellent staff and management, so relaxing, quiet place.

Very VERY nice. Love the balcony and the fresh pine tree air. Thank you!!

Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.

Upgraded room, better stay

Staff was very accomodating. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Well-sized family rooms with shared common area.

Excellent resort with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have good air conditioning. The beach access is highly convenient, and or children loved the safe and friendly confines of the resort. Can't say enough about the great staff and excellent chef!! My mother is a native of Bauang and Ilocano and he was always willing and able to make Ilocano specialties (and American food for my children) that exceeded what was being served elsewhere. Homey, friendly, safe and...

This is an institution! The building has so much history. However, we were given a room above the reception and the restaurant. It was very noisy. We had to ask to be transferred to a room at the back which we did the 2nd night. There was a wedding and a golf tournament. When these events happen they should not use these rooms. The music lasted long after 10 pm and stopped around 10:45 pm after I called the front desk but the customers kept carrying on. We had a very bad first night.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's new but somehow it's very cozy. You feel nestled in the woods somehow and it has an ambience of a ski resort that makes you feel instantly relaxed I was too busy exploring so many places in Baguio that I didn't really get to enjoy the hotel itself and the area around it, such a a shame. I like that the rooms had balconies and you feel like you can almost touch the trees. The breakfast had a good variety of viand, I just wish that they would...

The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early and helped us with our bags. The place is clean and close to some attractions. If we come back to Baguio soon, we will definitely look to them first!

This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.
