Unbeatable location with a great plaza view, friendly staff, a very nice room, and a comfortable bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location is great. With full kitchen and washer and dryer is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

recently flew with Delta Air Lines and had a very disappointing experience. I paid for my seat and followed the baggage rules by bringing one carry-on bag and one personal item, but the staff still forced me to check my carry-on at the gate, saying there was no overhead space available. What made the situation even more frustrating was that after boarding, I could clearly see there was still space available in the overhead cabinet for my bag. My medicine and fragile glass souvenirs were inside the carry-on, and I couldn’t access them during the flight. When I received my luggage after landing, several items were damaged. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the situation, which made the experience even worse. I understand flights can be crowded, but passengers who pay for their seats and follow the rules deserve respectful treatment and accurate information. Very disappointing experience overall.

The mini fridge did not work. Overall, for the price, it was okay.

Clean nicely decorated room. Great breakfast and we had to leave early so they packed us a light breakfast to go on the last day. Staff were all helpful. Unfortunately….. my husband was robbed just down the street by 100 meters. His necklace was ripped off from where it was visible on the back of his neck. Apparently they work in gangs. I would stay there again but would be cautious on covering everything up safely while you walk anywhere in Barcelona.
