"AC worked great, room and towels refreshed daily. Staff is friendly hotel is very clean. Breakfast isn’t a large selection but adequate for the price. Will stay here again. Only complaint is I have a room close to the elevator which is quite annoying but probably not something that can be avoided! Overall 10/10 stay."

"Unfriendly check-in staff. It was brought to my attention upon check-in that I owed extra money because we brought our two dogs. I made a comment that I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and the staff members stated it’s because I booked through a third-party like Expedia.. The room was adequate but nothing special. We were kept awake all night with the room above us banging on the floor all night and from outside with very noisy patrons coming and going all hours of the night. Our toilet was plugged when we got there and when I brought it to someone’s attention, they told me to use the plunger in the public restroom next to our room. Breakfast was nothing special at all. Would definitely not recommend a stay there"

"The room was comfortable and the property of the hotel was nice. The pillows could be more bigger. Overall it was a good stay. And there is an waffle house pretty much on the property. Just next door"

"Please read before reserving. This property was extremely dirty in all common areas, hallways, elevators and even the room itself. The floor in the room I know had not been cleaned since I spilled some water & wiped up with a rag & it was dark brown. The light switches and walls had stuff all over them. The rooms are not insulated at all since you could hear everything in the hallways even people yelling & slamming doors at 1:30am. The bathroom faucet leaked & spilled over the vanity. Bed was very uncomfortable. If this Avid hotel represents the quality of the chain I will never stay at one of their hotels again. Sadly I read the reviews & none of these were mentioned. If we had not arrived late in the evening I would of left & requested a refund. Also mention the lobby floors needed cleaning & garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Will end with one nice comment the coffee was good."
