"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba cuando bajaban a desayunar. Realmente te despertaban!! todos los dias."

"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"Staff are nice people. The room was dated, dirty walls and other places that the cleaning staff can't really help. Exposed box spring of the bed. Room key requires a certain je-ne-sais-quoi for it to work on the door. More of a property owner issue? Otherwise, sheets and towels were OK. A/C was cool. Internet was adequate. "I took my mom there for Mother’s Day weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff were super friendly, the food and drinks at the hotel were 10/10 and the pool area was beautiful. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to a few different hotels in Buzios but this one was the best!"

"A localização é estrategicamente excepcional. Fica próximo ao Centro, há 10 minutos (a pé) da Praia dos Anjos (local de embarque dos barcos) e da Praia Grande. O café da manhã é variado, farto e delicioso.Todos os funcionários são solícitos, proativos e simpáticos. As instalações são boas, mas dêem preferência para os quartos do 2° ou 3° andar com janela voltada para a rua (para ter mais liberdade e privacidade)."

"The house inside is stunning and the views were beautiful across the bay. Our welcome from Fabio was very good, even down to carrying all our suitcases. The outdoor areas, especially the balcony and downstairs decking need some attention as they are showing signs of age. Air conditioning is good, beds comfortable, showers very good.
