About this property

Armação dos Buzios - Only Seasons on Tartaruga Beach, a fully equipped house

  • The house is 3 minutes from the beach, the warmest in Buzios, close to everything. There's a 24-hour market less than a 2-minute walk away, as well as a butcher shop, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, and beachwear store. The house even has Alexa, which turns the TV and air conditioning on and off by voice. We have an 18,000 BTU split air conditioner in the living room and a 9,000 BTU unit in the bedroom. The house has all the necessary amenities for a great stay for up to 5 people. We are 350 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the bus station and the Radical Park, and 1 km from Rua das Pedras – everything is very close, no need to take the car out of the garage. ATTENTION: LONG WEEKENDS ARE CONSIDERED PACKAGES, AS WELL AS... New Year's Eve, Carnival, and Holy Week.
