A estadia foi maravilhosa ...hotel tem duas piscinas maravilhosas sendo uma normal e uma aquecida coberta ótima e o quarto todos são estilo bangalôs super limpos e cheirosos a cama king e o colchão são de molas ...bom travesseiros e toalhas limpinhos e com cheiro muito gostoso show.. vamos pro café da manhã ótimo tinha tudo era só se deliciar e pra fechar ótimos funcionários sempre prestativos e educados ...showwwww....

Estadia muito proveitosa !!!

Muito boa. As instalações são ótimas e a limpeza excelente. Piscina muito agradável e com uma vista excelente. O quarto era bem confortável e muito grande, mas nós sentimos falta de uma poltrona ou um sofá de 2 lugares. Pelo espaço, comportaria muito bem. Quanto ao café da manhã era completo, mas carece de alguns cuidados com a temperatura dos alimentos quentes e de arrumação. Outro ponto de atenção, é com as escadas. As suítes são distribuídas pela encosta do hotel e, embora proporcionem um vista incrível, também exigem um certo esforço para vencer as escadas de até mais de 100 degraus. Também utilizamos a piscina térmica, muito boa, porém só abre às 14hs, o que dificulta a utilização em dias nublados.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos e educados. O estacionamento é na rua, em frente a recepção. No café da manhã, é possível pedir tapioca e ovos fritos, mas não oferecem. Só ofereceram ovos mexidos e salsicha. Os quartos de frente pra rua são muito barulhentos (fiquei no 26 e não recomendo) e os travesseiros são péssimos. Voltaria pra ficar nos falando quartos mais altos, talvez.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho da praia de João Fernandes e dá para ir a pé até a rua das pedras caminhando uns 15 minutinhos. Senti falta de uma armário no quarto, nem cabideiro tinha. Mas, ao reclamarmos na recepção, conseguiram um que quebrou o galho. O café da manhã era bom. O único inconveniente do hotel são as escadas, que são em grande quantidade e precisamos acessá-las para irmos em todos os ambientes. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos.

O hotel é bonito, grande, o atendimento foi ótimo. Faria alguns pontos de atenção: o quarto tinha sido pintado recentemente e estava com um cheiro de verniz forte. A porta que dava pra varanda não fechava 100%, tinha que dar um jeitinho. Durante a madrugada, quando passava carro na rua, o barulho era alto no quarto.

Incrível, tudo excelente ! Queria deixar um elogio para funcionária QUIQUI, ela é muito carinhosa, atenciosa e gentil PROFISSIONAL EXCELENTE. Só um ponto negativo: estacionamento do hotel tem pouca vaga, seria legal ou viável fechar uma parceria com estacionamento próximo p seus hóspedes. Ponto positivo: consegue comer e beber ao lado do hotel assim como mercadinhos e conveniências, da p ir apé até orla Bardot, praias tb consegue ir apé. Hotel super top, tem uma vista p mar sensacional.

Hotel muito bom

O Hotel é muito bem localizado e possui duas piscinas, uma delas aquecida. O local possui uma vista muito bonita para a praia de João Fernandes. O Hotel só perde na acessibilidade pois possui muitas escadas. No geral tudo foi muito bom. =)

O quarto era muito simples, bem pequeno e não tinha nem local para colocar a mala e poder abrir. O banheiro tinha porta de vidro o que era horrível pois quando amanhecia clareava todo o quarto, A porta do quarto era de vidro também e a cortina não fecha direito então do corredor dos quartos você enxergava quem estava no banheiro. a "janela" do banheiro era "aberta" como só pegamos frio, o banheiro ficava gelado. No café da manhã optamos pelo horário das 9:10 até as 10:00 mas sempre as coisas tinham acabado no nosso horário e os funcionários avisavam só iria ter novamente no outro dia, sacanagem com quem ficou com o último horário do café da manhã. Sem controle contra covid, não tinha luvas no buffet, não tinha alcool nas mesas, na entrada do hotel seria bom ter tapete sanitizante e nos quartos poderia ter alcool spray para limpar os calçados ou o tapete também. Não me senti segura no hotel em relação a isso. Não tem secador de cabelo, um hotel com esse potencial era o mínimo. O ponto forte foi que os funcionários são simpáticos e tentam ajudar, e a piscina aquecida fez a diferença na nossa viagem. Os quartos não tem isolamento então você escuta os funcionários conversando em radio nos corredores. Tivemos problema com o nosso vaso sanitário que não estava funcionando, mas no outro dia já resolveram, o único inconveniente é que nosso quarto ficou todo sujo de bota do funcionário que foi arrumar.

Correu tudo bem. Os pequenos contratempos foram solucionados de forma tão rápida que nem chegaram a ser um contratempo. O Cafe da manhã justo e gostoso, a Juliana responsável pelo mesmo foi excepcional e muito agradável, fazendo de tudo para proporcionar o melhor para nós O único quesito que deixa um pouco a desjar é o estacionamento, são poucas vagas para o número de quartos ,mas isso acontece em 98% dos estabelecimentos de João Fernandes. Volto assim que puder.
