There are 4 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 12 people according to the configuration:
Suite 1 - Ground floor - Double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe
Suite 2 - Ground floor - Double bed, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress;
Suite 3 - Superior - Double bed, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress;
Suite 4 - Superior - 2 single beds, wardrobe + 1 extra single mattress;
*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent cleaning ladies who can prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay.
NOTE:
*The maximum speed limit for vehicle traffic is 20 km/hr;
*We ask that you respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am;
*To avoid accidents, do not bring glass/crystal bottles and cups into the pool area.
Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.

The entrance to the condominium is via Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, which makes it very easy to get around, regardless of your purpose. There are buses, vans, Uber and many places you can walk to, including the nearest beach, which is 100 meters away.
