「The property was beautiful. As soon as we pulled up I believe it was a nutria we seen by the river. Deer came out in the evening as well as beavers. And the lightning bugs were everywhere… the house was clean and was more beautiful than the pictures.」

「We had a very good stay. We found the house very clean. The living space is cheerful and whimsical and we enjoyed the art. Conveniently located. We were a family of 4 adults , an infant and two dogs and it was very comfortable for all of us. Daphanie was very good with communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you. 」

「This is a great mountain cottage located in a good location to explore eastern Tennessee. The house was easy to find, very nice inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials that one may need for cooking. The host is very quick with responses and aims to please and make sure your stay is seamless. 」

「Great cabin-like feel for a studio with bed and kitchenette bathroom. Super clean, the two pups were super friendly and cute to see the goats and pigs. Only minutes from the speedway and very convenient to restaurants and groceries stores. Would stay there again if in the area and highly recommend to others.」

「Great stay!」

「This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Bristol/Johnson City. I loved having a stove, full sized fridge and even a washer/dryer combo so we didn’t have to go home with dirty clothes. Everything was very clean and well appointed. My son LOVED the animals on site! Will definitely be staying with this host again!」

「The place was very well stocked with necessities and very charming. We will definitely book again.」
