"Les planchers sont très sales et collants partout dans l’hôtel. Les planchers des chambres sont en tapis ce qui n’est pas hygiénique. L’éclairage dans la chambre est très fort et ne peut pas se diminuer ce qui n’est pas pratique pour la toilette la nuit ou pour les enfants qui ont souvent besoin d’une petite veilleuse la nuit. Les files d’attentes ne sont pas gérées pour les kiosques de nourriture/café/bar. Chaque fois je me fais dépasser par les clients qui se ruent sans politesse et le personnel ne s’en préoccupe pas. Manque de personnel sur le site. Manque de serviettes à la piscine. Le parc extérieur est super et le dépôt de valise est très efficace. Nettoyage de chambre apprécié. Le décor bateau au centre de l’hôtel est super beau. Le bus-navette pour Disney qui est inclus est vraiment pratique et super apprécié !!"
