Welcome to the spacious 105 m² holiday flat!



A special highlight is the large terrace with idyllic views of the ‘Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden’.



The spacious living area is open-plan and includes a kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed for two people and a fireplace.

The separate bedroom and the sleeping gallery are furnished with a double bed.



The smaller bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, while the larger bathroom has a corner bath, shower and WC.



The communal grounds include a small pond and a barbecue area.



Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.



WLAN and car parking are included.



Linen packages (bed linen/towels) as well as baby travel cots and highchairs can be booked on request and at an extra charge.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und alles war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. Die Kommunikation lief auch einwandfrei. Also ich kann diesen Ort nur weiter empfehlen !

Royaal huis.

Pros: Royaal huis. Cons: Het koffiezetapparaat deed er erg lang over. Tip: Misschien even ontkalken. Mokken leken uit de kringloopwinkel te komen. Tip: Kijk nog eens goed naar de keuken inventaris. Er is een optie tot het huren van beddengoed en handdoeken. Voor dat geld is een lekkere grote badhanddoek ook prettig.

Die Wohnung ist groß und schön. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Beide Badezimmer super.Großer Nachteil die „Hühnerleiter“ zur Galerie in der sich das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet. Sehr wackelig und steil. Eine andere Lösung wäre sehr sinnvoll.
