Loved the beach view but rundown building isn't the best. Seems like mom and pop kind of place - staff wise. Although they seem nice, felt like a motel six rather than hotel

Lovely sea view hotel

The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable with a nice seaview. We stayed on the 8th floor which was high enough for a lovely view and a quiet night. The only thing that bothered me was the electronic toilet, it kept flushing & cleaning itself at random in the middle of the night. Other than that the location was great, very busy area with a lot to do & see.

Great location,enjoy seaview room on a good budget

Booked the sea view room and got a nice view of the beach. The front desk team are friendly. There are several hotels in this tall building. They all share 1 common lift. So waiting time for the lift is quite long. Also, room aesthetic wise, room has full grey office-like carpets, instead of wooden flooring as seen on the hotels pictures

The hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location. The room had a fantastic view of the beach, and I enjoyed being able to open the window. It was my first experience with a room that used the keycard to provide power, so it took me a while to get used to it. It also took me a while to figure out how to operate the toilet, but I learned quickly. The bathroom was incredible, The shower was the best in the world, in my experience, and it looked very nice! I love the provided closet, the coffee, fridge to hold my insulin in, and a great big TV! It's a perfect size room and most importantly, the customer service was AMAZING. The manager and her employee were extremely nice and easy to talk to! I loved my experience here and will come back here anytime!

海側全面が窓なので、景色も最高でした。ただ、今回は１人で泊まったので良かったけれど、友達や家族だと、シャワーとトイレが一緒なのと、トイレットペーパーが流せないなど少し気まずいかも？

周囲のホテルより安い値段だったが，窓からの景色はすばらしいオーシャンビューで，フロントスタッフも非常に感じが良く，室内も清潔だった．唯一，浴槽がないのだけが風呂好きの人間には残念．

ビーチフロントでとにかく眺望が素晴らしく、このお値段でビーチビューが楽しめて大満足でした。シャワーとトイレが一緒、トイレに紙を流せないのは閉口しましたが、許容範囲です。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かって下さり助かりました。部屋はオーシャンビュー！海雲台の海と砂浜が真上から見えてる最高のロケーションで妻も大変喜んでいました。翌日にチェックアウトする際もチャガルチ行のバス停の位置を親切に教えて頂きました。コンビニがすぐ下にあり、海雲台市場や駅も近いのでおすすめの宿泊先です。

施設をカバーするスタッフ力があれば。

施設は古く、隣のシャワーの音やシャワーヘッドを置く音すら明確に聞こえた。まるで他人が自分の部屋のシャワーを使っていると思って、既に寝ていたが飛び起きた。シャワーの排水も、気をつけて使ってもトイレ側に流れて気持ち良いものではなかった。若いスタッフはクールだったが、ベテランスタッフは愛想がよく気持ち良かった。

Only spent 1 night but really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful they even upgraded our room from city view to ocean view for free upon arrival. The room was great and the view was beautiful. Hopefully when I return to Korea and visit Busan again I’ll will definitely stay at this hotel again.
